FALL PREVENTION
This exercise class is specifically designed for seniors to enhance their balance, strength and coordination, reducing the risk of falls. Participants will engage in gentle movements and stretches, focusing on improving their core stability and leg strength. The class also incorporates balance exercises and mobility drills, all by a qualified instructor in a safe and supportive environment. To keep class sizes, places are limited.
