About Keeley
A Lecturer of Sport, Fitness & Coaching with The Open University, with over 25 years of experience in the sport, health and fitness industry, Keeley is determined to help as many people as possible live long, happy & healthy lives. With a background in Sport Psychology, Sport Management and Clinical Exercise, Keeley has created a gym where people of all ages and abilities feel comfortable exercising. Removing barriers that can cause many people not to attend exercise classes or enter gym environments. Keeley recognises the importance of exercise as we age and uses in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology & biomechanics to provide exercise classes that follow Functional Fitness Principles, making people fitter and stronger to complete everyday tasks with ease.
When not in the gym or teaching, Keeley enjoys being outdoors, walking, gardening, or playing a round a golf.
