Our Story
With over 25 years’ experience in the sport, health and fitness industry, and as a Lecturer in Sport, Fitness and Coaching with The Open University, Keeley has seen first-hand how many people feel uncomfortable, intimidated, or unsure about exercising in traditional gym settings.

Medi-Fit was established to change that.

Drawing on her background in Sport Psychology, Sport Management and Clinical Exercise, Keeley created a welcoming, supportive space where people of all ages and abilities feel comfortable to move, build strength and improve their health. Our focus is safe, functional fitness that helps people in our community stay strong, confident and active at every stage of life.

At Medi-Fit, exercise isn’t about keeping up or pushing beyond your limits. It’s about moving well, feeling stronger, and supporting long-term health in a friendly, local environment.
