GOLF - FIT

Our Golf-Specific classes are designed to help you play better, hit further, and move more freely — both on and off the course.

 

Using functional, golf-focused exercises, we work on the key areas every golfer needs: mobility, strength, balance, power, and swing control.

 

What you can expect:

  • Mobility work to improve rotation and range of motion

  • Core and hip strengthening for a more powerful, stable swing

  • Balance and coordination drills for better control and consistency

  • Shoulder and spine conditioning to reduce stiffness and prevent injury

  • Functional strength exercises that translate directly to your game

  • Expert coaching tailored to your fitness level and golfing goals

 

These sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities — from casual golfers to those looking to improve performance and reduce pain during play.

 

The aim is simple: move better, swing smoother, play longer, and enjoy the game with more confidence and less strain.
